Brand Rep Terms

The Contract Period

The Brand Ambassador will be enrolled for a period of approximately 90 days at a time. If both parties desire to continue the contract after this period, the below terms and conditions stand.

What's Involved

·         Having a public and very active Facebook & Instagram account.

·         Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and our brand.

·         Promote the brand on your own Instagram & Facebook through photography of the SoyStories products. Please make sure photos are clear. 

·         Engage on our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/SoyStories - make posts, like and comment on other posts.

·         Engage on our Instagram Page https://www.instagram.com/_soystories - like and comment on posts.

·         Promote the brand in other Facebook Groups inline with group rules.

·         Join our Pinterest boards, if you have Pinterest. Pinning in our boards helps our Pinterest grow. If you choose to let us join your boards, we will happily pin in your boards too.

·         Promote and share any and all brand announcements such as promotions, giveaways, and new product launches as either post or Stories.

·         SoyStories reserves the right to use any and all photographs brand ambassadors send us of our products, on all social media accounts, promotional flyers, our websites, and all advertisements.

What The Brand Rep Gets In Return

·         An Optional Starter Kit will be available for all brand ambassadors.

·         A 40% off coupon code for only you to use for the duration of your Rep term.

·         A unique 15% off coupon code for your followers and friends for the duration of the term.

·         Brand Ambassadors will be paid 15% of all sales that go through their Affiliate Link, bulk orders will be paid at a rate agreed between SoyStories & the Ambassador.

·         Insider updates on SoyStories news & releases

·         Lots of love, support, and appreciation - have a giveaway or need help with something like a GoFundMe? We are happy to spread the word and help where we can. 

·         Exposure on SoyStories social medias

End Contract

We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at any time, without question, if we find you are not abiding by the terms and conditions. All posts containing the SoyStories products or branding must be legal and with the rules of the platform you are posting on. Although there are no targets to sell, if you have not posted or promoted at Soystories product in 60 days your contract will be terminated.

This Privacy Policy of Secomapp about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through Info@soystories.co.uk. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
